In Awareness Through Movement (Feldenkrais Method) we work gently in guided lessons with the emphasis on independent process, always finding our own pace, even if you feel you have some limitation in mobility. Any level of experience is welcome and no particular training is necessary, just an interest in discovering through your own movement experience - this can support other practices and generally offer more enjoyment, ease and spontaneity in everyday actions. http://www.feldenkrais.co.uk/what.html

Fiona Wright has an approach that is influenced by many somatic practices and experiential anatomy, especially Feldenkrais Method and the process of learning found in Awareness Through Movement. This work with general and open public classes is now her main focus as an independent authorised practitioner. For over 25 years she has been involved in performance-making and also extensive experience including work in Higher Education, leading workshops with professional artists and people of various ages and backgrounds.
