The days aim to be as accessible and inclusive as possible - an opportunity to take some time and space to explore. No particular training is necessary, just an interest in discovering through your own movement experience - whether your focus is to inform your work or to find more ease and spontaneity in everyday actions.

Drawing on ideas found in Awareness Through Movement we will bring attention to how we are in our body at this time, and how we can enjoy more freedom in our moving. We will work quite slowly in guided lessons with the emphasis on independent process, always finding our own pace.

Organised in association with d.i.n.e. (dance improvisation north east) a collective of independent dance artists.
