Drawing on ideas found in Awareness Through Movement we will work in guided lessons with the emphasis on independent process, always finding our own pace.
The workshops aim to be as accessible and inclusive as possible - an opportunity to take some time and space to explore. No particular training is necessary, just an interest in discovering through your own movement experience - whether your focus is to inform your own work or to find more ease and spontaneity in everyday actions. Bring a mat and/or blanket for floor work and warm clothes.
